NOXTIN: Equal Justice for All
Provides training, technical assistance, and consultation nationally on reducing racial and ethnic disparities of Chicanx/Latinx/Indigenous youth in the youth justice system. NOXTIN partners with the National Girls Initiative, Annie E. Casey Foundation, and the W. Haywood Burns Institute to bring transformational change to the nation’s youth justice systems by being healing informed, community and system centered in its approach.
Ms. Rincon-Gallardo, an Adjunct Lecturer and writer of published materials is recognized as a leader in the field, presents nationally and locally on the time tested proven effective models of youth justice transformation.
